This is a perfect place for temporary residence for a person, to whom belongs this stunning apartment. The owner and our client is a totally creative young woman who is found of painting and we have used her art piece to decorate the bedroom.

We’ve decided to apply the idea of adding rustical elements to modern loft. As we see in the photos, bare brick walls can be perfectly combined with such natural elements as wood, leather and flax. Owners have mainly chosen this apartment because of it’s high ceiling – nearly 3 meters and huge recessed balcony with large windows, so that the space is well lighted what has let us to widely use dark colors in the interiors.

Dining area looks very cosy and is equipped with eco-friendly fireplace.

For the bathroom we have chosen slate tiles, and covered the ceiling with solid wood.
